1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VIBE (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. VIBE is operated by Rocket Digitals (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of Service

VIBE is an AI video generator app available on iOS and Android. The App allows users to generate videos from text prompts or images using third-party AI models including but not limited to Kling, Sora, Veo, Seedance, and WAN. The App provides both free and premium (subscription-based) access to AI video generation models.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account and Access

VIBE does not require account creation or login to access free features. Premium features require a subscription managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective platform's terms.

5. User Content and Generated Content

You retain ownership of the text prompts and images you provide to the App. Videos generated by AI models through the App are subject to the usage policies of the respective AI model providers. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform policies where you publish or distribute the content.

You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that depicts minors in harmful or inappropriate contexts
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Resell or redistribute access to the App without authorization

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available through in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google.

8. Third-Party AI Models

The App integrates third-party AI models for video generation. We do not control the output quality, availability, or behavior of these models. AI models may be updated, replaced, or removed at any time. We are not liable for the output produced by third-party AI models.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, code, and documentation are the intellectual property of Rocket Digitals. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App. Third-party AI model names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet your expectations. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected output.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
